We can assist local authority managers meet the Government's modernising and Best Value agenda. Our extensive experience of managing and delivering a comprehensive range of local government services places us in an ideal position to provide an "independent challenge" to Best Value service reviews. We design, promote and lead the public consultation processes and service performance reviews. We also operate as facilitators to assist managers overseeing service reviews.
