Andrew is a Chartered Civil Engineer and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
He has spent 31 years in Technical and Municipal Services working for and with Contractors, Consultants and Local Authorities.
He was one of the team which negotiated the externalisation of Norwich City Works Dept. and has successfully managed the Client side from 2000 to 2003.
